This year, we are going to answer the question of "Who are we as Episcopalians."

We will examine our History and where we came from during Advent

and then look at what our beliefs are throughout Lent.

Advent Series: Our History

Including Protestant Reformation, the English Reformation, and the first Books of Common Prayer.                    

 

#3                 Dec. 14th                 The Episcopal Church – Foundation through

1900s: Its creation and spread throughout the new United States. First U.S. BCP. National Church, Provinces, and Dioceses.

 

#4                 Dec. 21st                 The Episcopal Church – 1960s to Present: How the

                                                     Church has grown and changed with the times.

Format:

  • We will begin with Evening Prayer
  • Light meal and Presentation / Discussion
  • End with Closing Prayer

                                                     Prayer, Worship, Sacraments, Rites and

#6                 Mar. 29th                 Final Sum Up: How do we live this on Sunday

                                                     Morning and out into our lives?

                                                     How do we live out what we actually believe?
